An entrepreneur must be very jealous about its time, when of the most important resources he has. So if you have already been invited to many different events within the same week, there are some that you will have to miss. Make a priority list, and, of course, make sure you are helping yourself by attending to the events, your time is very important, so make sure your presence means an opportunity for you.

In order to learn how to say no when it is necessary, you must work on your manners. You can start practicing with your relatives and friends, ask for help to start denying things in a polite way and apply it to your business as soon as you can.

Although entrepreneurs are constantly looking for potential customers and keep the loyal ones to make their sales grow up, it is true that you will have to say good-bye at least once to any of them. If one of your customers is constantly complaining about the costs or delivery times, you might lose important energy, time and resources in convincing him of the opposite, you can also suffer losses if you spend more money trying to increase your production or lowering the costs for a customer you might not see again. Do not feel afraid to say “no” when you feel your customer is demanding more than your company is actually able to offer.
